I think this piece was published quite some time ago--maybe even a year ago.

So, how come he had no buyers at .05, or .016 and had to reduce the Reg A 90% from the initial .05 to .004? Instead of raising $6.25 million, we're only getting about $500,000.

Sometim don't smell right here.
