What do you all make of this which at the bottom of the last PR:

“ SPO Global Inc. recently engaged with DB Capital M&A LLC., a Florida Company, and is currently working with the Companys Principal in regards to the Companys Corporate Development and Corporate Structure. SPO Global Inc. is working directly with a State-side Financial Institution in addition to working directly with DB Capital M&A LLC. SPO Global Inc. and its Management plans to focus on creating a better line of communication with its Shareholders. DB Capital M&A LLC., will be utilizing its expertise and contacts to assist SPOM in accomplishing its long-term goals. When an Agreement is met, the Company will update its Shareholders accordingly. “

Does this mean dilution? Reverse Split? Nothing? Thoughts?
