I usually agree with your logic. But the last time you did this analysis at like 6 cents a share. At 3 cents, with a likely valuation at MINIMUM in the 30 to 40 cent range, then share buy back would be a 10x return on money. The additional PR and confidence boost it would give in the market would be well worth a few shekels thrown at it.
