Note that the scam proffered as MMEX has not attempted even a minimal uplist to OTCQB. There are numerous, obvious reasons why. Recall that MMEX has already been downgraded from QB back to Pink, soon after the fraudulent "ground breaking" (held without securing project financing).

This scam would never make the bar to uplist to a national exchange.

MMEX exists only as a share-selling scheme to enrich scammer Hanks.
