I suggest you read the listing requirements to be listed on Nasdaq - that will never happen.

First AVVH will have to file to be a SEC filer - and they aren't close. They would have to have 2 years of audited financials -and file a registration statement - and find a MM to file a Form 211 for AVVH.

The minimum price is $2 - and I have never seen a hijacked shell that uplisted to Nasdaq.

This is more pinkyland wishful thinking.
