I see the patent reviews as more of a side show than the main event. Based on where we are at some patents and some claims will survive.

As pointed out earlier, Judge Albright is under a microscope right now, and it must be important to him to get things right; he can't afford to be overturned on appeal. I view the Intel MTD as fairly detailed and also complex covering many different issues. We know the judge assigned a technical helper to dig through those issues. If it were obvious, he would have ruled already. I think he needs time (which he doesn't have) to really understand the issues before ruling.
