It wouldnt surprise me considering how he looked and sounded when he mentioned it. Dude seems pretty controlled and doesnt really show that much emotion but when he talked about service providers and delays you could tell he was pissed. If I was him, I would fire everyone that caused him delays and made him look bad. Better to start over with people who will get it done.
