I have registered a few trademarks since the 1970s

But never a trademark for a mailbox

That one may be a difficult one

Most companies that believe their corporate name has value or will have a future value, will file for the trademark to prevent any future legal entanglements

Not here though…not needed

because they have “The Kepman”
