I have had clients involved in trademark and intellectual property disputes in the USA. And the legal system in the USA, that arbitration panel must not have read your book of legal trademark laws.

Also people like Musk, his legal team will not even consider doing business with a company without a trademark for fear of any entanglement, which could ultimately interrupt their supply chain.

That's just common sense.

But, of course, a company has to be in production before it can ever become a supplier.
