We Know Exactly What We Are Doing

We are exposiong witnessed criminality of Discovery Minerals, Ltd. Our intent is to
protect the minority shareholders of the blaring holes in Discovery Minerals Ltd. filed mandatory reports.

If the company wants to sue, my suggestion is go for it. We are going that route anyway, see you at the 341 hearing

A better suggestion of time is address the problems in a filing. They have not and until they do,
we are going to warn investors every day on what has been discovered, that management of Discovery
Management refuses to address in public.

I don't expect you to understand the full gravity of this, that is why I think complaint to the SEC and
Wyoming AG are better served.

When you realize that Discovery Minerals has more unanswered questions than answers, you are going
to want to file a complaint.

What are the elements of a 10b-5 claim?

“To succeed on a Rule 10b-5 fraud claim [based on an untrue
statement or omission of a material fact], a plaintiff must
establish

(1) a false statement or omission of material fact;

(2) made with scienter;

(3) upon which the plaintiff justifiably relied;

(4) that proximately caused the plaintiff's injury.


Truth is a defense. Everything I posted has been vetted, verified
