Fumbling and bumbling for four years trying to bring a product to market consisting of a not-too-smart tablet behind glass resulted in a loss of a the credit rating which would allow them to take on debt that wasn't usurious.

Perhaps Capstone should adopt as a slogan the wisdom of Pogo, our South Georgia swamp dweller, who famously proclaimed:
