Does Caren Currier even know how to make a Filing Correctly?

LOOK@SVAD was "PINK CURRENT" yet it got All New Filings 12/31/2018-09/30/2021

so svad did maintain pink current status but for some reason needed All New Filings!

filings also say (Upon takeover of company in October 2018) was it in 2018 or 2019 WHEN DID HARRY GET HIS SHARES?
