You often see public companies buy back shares to offset the dilution that is caused by paying management, BOD, etc each year. Has that caused any dilution over the years? Why yes, yes it has. Plus, the track record of return on R&D is quite questionable. There’s plenty of reason shareholders should be worked up due to lack of visibility and communication about future investments.
