Dilute what, there is nothing to dilute, no outstanding notes, no business and by law public companys just cant pull shares out of the treasury and sell them on the open market to generate cash.. If they could there would never be any reason for convertible notes to be sold... so no they are not diluting.

What's going on here is anyone's guess...This company was a spin off over two years ago and just came back to life in November... it has no real business and is listed on the OTC as a Shell or Shell Risk.. all of us who received spin off shares in 2018 or early 2019 I cant remember exactly are hoping for a reverse merger into to something of value...
