Not a buyout today but rather they kicked the Bear again. Another request for summary judgement letting the judge know that he is not moving fast enough for Discover. The clerk seems to think that the judge is knowledgeable about this matter. It will be interesting to see how the judge reacts based on the foolishness in both Discover and the companies prior filings. This one does look more professional than the preceding filings. Discover stated that OWCP did not oppose the motion even though they did indeed file a response opposing the motion based on companies financial ability to comply. Someone will have to loan OWCP funds to complete the audited financials. Discover is aware of this fact and if they desire the financials to be completed they should offer the company a loan to cover the costs. I'm sure that they would accept a lien on the companies assets for collateral.
