Caveat Emptor - 15c 211 - and Insider Trading

To protect the minority shareholders, the SEC
is 100% warranted in suspending this company.

Too many discrepancies, to be considered
adequate financial informaiton

For more than 6 months Discovery Management concealed the DSC Coin
sales from minority shareholders.

Consisting of 1 Filing and 3 press release, DSCR Managment CONCEALED
100% of the DSC Coin Sales and results from minority shareholders.

But, if you were part of the Discovery Minerals, Ltd. Insider Group,
managment of Discovery Managemnt had no problem of telling select shareholders
undisclosed company information.

On October 8, 2021, while the rest of the minority shareholders were in the
dark, a select group of minority shareholders had non public company information.

From that inside information select minority shareholder enjoyed a whopping
19,900% return. While shareholders who
did not lost more than 94%.

THIS IS WHY DSCR NEEDS TO BE IMMEDIATELY SUSPENDED

Looking at Discovery Minerals Ltd, behavior, it is easy to see why the SEC would
suspend this. For reading a dozen or so 12(K) suspension orders, I am finding
comppanies who got suspended for doing a lot less that Discovery Minerals, Ltd.

Complaints have been filed, criminal conduct discovered and actions are being
taken. If you feel you were defrauded, I encourage you to file a complaint with
the SEC and or the Attorney General of Wyoming.
