GNCP just emailed responding to my question about the Authorized Shares Increased:

Our rationale will be made public very shortly. I do not think ANY shareholder will be unhappy.

Had to elaborate on GNCP Authorized Shares increase:

GNCP increased A/S to 160b, from 90b for PdivPremier.

A/S increased to 160billion, but DID NOT issue any. From the looks of it, the increase is 70billion shares which I believe is what will/is belongs to PDIV. Coincidence ??no.
