Littlebanc scumbags still have shares

Remember the claim that CAPC doesn't dilute? I remember the claim. Remember when Littlebanc wouldn't hedge PIPE shares with a short? I remember the claim. Remember when Littlebanc NEVER sells after 6 months holding? I remember the claim.

And yet, here we are.

CAPC diluted.
Littlebanc investors hedged 300K~500K with a short position. After the 6 month holding period, that short evaporated (all with the share price declining, no squeeze).
Littlebanc investors asked for the restrictive legends to be removed after 6 months, and are currently distributing shares into retail.

We also had a spate of tax loss selling. That was easy to predict.

In early January, we'll get an update on the Restricted/Unrestricted share count, and we can see how many shares Littlebanc investors have yet to dump.

My guess is some of the investors will be pushing out their gains into 2022.

So, get ready for more fun in January, my opinion.
