3 months ? He sold on 8/11/21 and the FDA denial was on 9/9/21


Dale probably viewed the EUA as a 50/50 proposition. So he took some money off of the table. It was the prudent move. He might now have enough money to live his life and not sell another share of HGEN for 5 years.
