If that were the case why put the "equipment manufacturing facility" next to the gigafactory in Texas

if Musk wanted it close to the facility

labor and other costs are cheaper in Texas than in Canada

then it would also be closer to the HQ of TSLA

Is Canada more expensive than Texas?

Texas is 9.0% cheaper than Canada.
