I never understood why more cos didn’t take advantage of a small share structure as it is so much easier to uplist, In hindsight though, new companies picked huge share structures as they could hide behind them as most were scams. Not here in the new otc. Smart cos will all only go to tiny share structures so they can uplist quickly which saves them a ton of money
