the fat lady has sung! what a surprise...

stock looks like it reflects a company buried in debt, handing out millions of convertible shares, with no cash, no assets and no revenue...

...along with no UL certification for it's 3 year old solar panel patents...never could get a demo built to submit for UL testing. instead we got a ridiculous tweet showing some picture of solar panel sheet by itself on someone's dining room table

...no medi-ri pyrolysis operation underway...wasting a year and hundreds of thousand of $$ to fight ri dem for something they'll never get...a final permit. so why lease a building for nearly 1/2 mil in rent per year and spend 3 mil on equipment without all (that's all) approvals?

...no solar bus shelters installed after touting 5.3 mil in revenue per year forecasted, by now, 3 years ago. instead we get tweeted photos of other company's solar powered shelters. bus stop business cash flow negative by more than 100K on average, each year, being the only only business that had any revenue the past 3 years. an that looks like peanuts or lemonade stand revenue.

...no shovels in the ground for a project announced with no financing approved 2 years ago

...nothing going in aussie with the koalas after this summer's flyover showing off vacant land for the supposed huge solar farm?

...nada happening with shovels still on the shelves in durango, mexico...the home of about 100 other solar farms while this company waits until their technology is extinct.

read the 10-q and press release for the past 3 years if you want to try and argue my opinions above.
