Boy, wouldn't that be nice if it is in. I agree with your assessment, as on Friday and Monday many of the small caps were down, but not necessarily down a lot. More importantly, those that were down (at least for my holdings) were well off their 52 week lows.

My account could use a little love heading into the new year. Looking to finish out my tax loss harvesting, but also trying to limit what I take for gains since I'm riding a line in regard to my tax bracket.
