Offering ...

On smart phone, can not read all of this but if reading right in fine print they value stock and document at:

"Price per security $ 0.4000
The portion of the aggregate offering price attributable to securities being offered on behalf of the issuer
$20000000.00"

If a offering is at .40 value a lot higher than that. IMO .60-.75 as estimated several months ago.
