Schwab went back to $6.95 commissions for penny stocks, as you know. So penny flipping is at a minimum for me lately. (plus I suck at it too lol).

I guess T Rowe Price would be the next best choice for me for penny stocks......the least restrictions I think for the remaining pennystock commission-free brokers ( Fidelity, Vanguard, Firstrade, T Rowe Price)

I still have Etrade with a $2.95 commission for pennys.
