Read the 10K posted on 12/17/2021. Interesting reading. Seems to be written from perspective of legal CYA. Ignores the fact of 2- year FDA 501(k) clearance for AC5 allowing for commercialization, written from the perspective of "we're just getting started and may not be able to raise the capital to be successful." These statements are literally true & appropriate for all MedTech start-ups, but ARTH has been a commercial stage MedTech for 2 years and has represented itself as such at public presentations.

Stop looking at short term penny stock swings & trades, and look at business & company statements for which it could be liable.
