Alternative CFO ad?

actually there might be an alternative ad for the CFO position.

Wanted experienced financial person to oversee the transition of a small US public company to a private overseas company in April 2007.

Person required should have experience in working with a money losing company and having the assets of that company transferred to a private entity through loan foreclosure proceedings while leaving the public company with all the liabilities.


Now folks this is one job that Roger seems to be perfectly suited for with his background in the financial industry and at money losing Wavecrest that was sold to a private Russian company. Could this have been the game plan all along when Marr selected Roger to come over and head up Calypte?
