Speculation on my part but I think Miguel will let Krisa announce the actual merger completion date for this week. Then Miguel sends out PR on that day confirming complete. Guessing Miguels PR to be on either Wednesday or Thursday. Or Krissa announces tomorrow it’s done and follow up PR shortly thereafter from Miguel confirming. We will find out tomorrow. Either way it gives SSM & Krisa the appropriate opportunity to announce the completion. It’ a professional courtesy to SSM & Krisa to announce.
