There’s actually plenty of shares after the float is locked, especially in the dirty otc, and they are the shares that force the mm’s to push the price to unbelievable heights. Especially if people refuse to sell. MM’s are forced to push the price higher and higher in hopes of creating some selling. The available shares are short sales & naked shorts (and if you witnessed what occurred in the otc from March to recent months, with the illegal naked shorting, which devastated some stocks, you can easily see that there always seems to be many more shorted shares than anyone can imagine. Just look at most six month charts in the otc & you’ll see the carnage). This is the perfect situation! A massive RM in a stock where the CEO refuses to dilute, at least, until it rises to a price where he feels his company is fairly priced. He’s already mentioned that there will be minimal dilution. Anyone out there trying to convince you that the ss could be something different than what we know, clearly isn’t paying attention to how fast this stock moves. It clearly moves like a ridiculously low float stock. I don’t see any reason not to believe it. Anyways. I believe that every time we slap the ask they are shorts accepting a minimal loss compared to what they see is likely coming.
