On July 22, 2021, the Company entered into an agreement with Synergy Management Group, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company for the acquisition of Universal Systems, Inc. in exchange for the issuance of one hundred (100) Special 2021 Series A Preferred Shares, and 60% super voting rights of Universal Systems, Inc. through the issuance of promissory note of $35,000. As a part of the consolidation of assets of MKH Ventures, LLC, Critical Solutions, Inc., was assigned the one hundred (100) Special 2021 Series A Preferred Shares, and 60% super voting rights of Universal Systems, Inc.
