Plus, Bennie is pleading~OUTT and his plea agreement Shirley will require him to testify against the Coyote.

Often, DaJudge puts off the sentencing date until after the trial to ensue the felon will cooperate thru trial.

And it is Bennie's first felony CONviction.

There is a small chance that he may gett off with a suspended sentence and home CONfinement. Butt my estimate is anything up to 24 months incarceration. My O/U is 9 months. Since the DOJ and Bennie's lawyuh are quibbling, it seems that the DOJ's position is that probation is off the table for a sentencing recommendation on the plea deal.

Butt fret-nott, Coyote will be going to DaHole for a term of years that will almost certainly exceed his natural life.
