Nashville--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Adrenaline Nation Entertainment, Inc. (OTCBB:ADNN), Keith Dressel, CEO of the Adrenaline Nation Entertainment Inc. (ADNN), announced that the company will be supplying to all pre R/S shareholders, in the form of a dividend, one 1/100th of a cake slice awarded for every 5 million pre R/S shares held.
While this cake is non-frosted I believe it will increase shareholder value for the long term investers. Also frosting options can be excercised by adding post R/S dilluted shares to your account no later the Feb. 9, 2007.
