Yes, I think you are right about these T-trade shares having been traded during regular trading hours. I also agree that those shares are now locked up.
There might also be an additional aspect to consider. Someone on another board explained why these T-trades were not recorded at the time they traded: They were part of a large, standing day order, lets say 500K shares. MMs sometimes postpone recording trades until the order has been completely filled. If it doesn't get filled within the day, they report the partial fill as a T-trade after trading hours.
If that is the case, then the buyer might want to complete the order within the next few trading days. Will be interesting to see what happens on Monday.
