OTC markets doesn't update unless Huss has them update it. Yes there was dilution going on. This is a shell company. They have no products or services to sell so if they want to do a merger or acquisition they raise money by diluting shares. And again, no dilution in 4 of the last 5 weeks.

If someone tries to convince you to buy a stock they usually have a personal agenda to do so. Not because they are concerned about you making money but about convincing you to buy so they can make money. Same is true for those yelling sell.
