Well kids, it all boils down to this afaic...

If you have paid attention to everything vplm (Emu wid a laptop) has said about the patents,then you know that they have basically valued the patents far in excess of (see pinky finger) ONE TRILLION DOLLARS and the FACT that not a single solitary Voip service provider (or other big investor) has ever made the purchase nor a single license sold, reveals that the patents are bogus.

Put it this way...

If (hypothetical) you had the money, would you buy vplm or take out a license, ALL things considered?
