Got it, well everyone who "invests" in penny stocks is a gambler whether they admit it to themselves or not. No getting around that, zero exceptions. No penny ticker is so good that it can't deteriorate to zero even if it's had big gains. Just look around, the woods are thick with examples and new ones are being generated as I type. They are penny stocks for a reason.

I'm not of the opinion there's anything sinister going on with Krisa on this. Lack of competence/experience in some areas, definitely. Information gaps that never get filled - absolutely. No concrete dots to connect - yep. However, I still believe the shell will be filled - someday - with some company. The specs on the shell are pretty favorable - worse than some but better than most. That incoming company could be great, meh, or sewer trash, all TBD. That part is where Krisa's involvement, and hence ability to sell its value and communicate convincingly with prospects (and shareholders), really matters and influences outcome for all.
