Faith and belief are what gives “Santa” his power..Every PR over the last few months ( which is more than we’ve had in the last 5 years) has provided more details on what is coming. The most recent gave a 30,000 foot view of the project so I can’t imagine the complexity, multiple collaborating pieces and nuances to execute such a project. It does not appear to be a linear path which makes sense for why so many delays. What they are waiting on (land purchase) is in their partners control not IAHL if I’m interpreting correctly. I’m sure they are assisting, supporting their partner where they can. With that said, I’ll give them some extra time as long as they deliver on financials, disclosures and robust project details so we can trade again and finally push this thing over $1.00. I think they are closer than ever given the PR blitz and having secured funding. They are Just waiting on the last few dominos to fall so they can fully execute their plan. JMHO
