hayloft.. two points..

1) Who do you think saved SQUM from almost certain BK? Do you not think that Jim at that time would have negotiated some good supply terms beneficial to CKYS? That's good enough for me.. SQUM is still HIGHLY dependant on CKYS.. I'm sure if Jim determines that a merger is the right thing to do, then he will move forward. Keep in mind, there are plenty of biometric manufacturers out there.. and flexibility is one of the integral parts of the CKYS business model..

2) I think you are VASTLY overestimating the impact of the Black and Decker deal.. clearly that will not rocket them to financial independence..they NEED CKYS..
