Dissecting DWAC ...

32 Million Float (Equity stake without taking a Position) 34 Million Rumble CFVI . I get 67 million. The SS at DWAC is 69 million. So I added 2 million divvy's that were spit out after building a app and buying a Gold mine for 69 million from a holding company I bought into years ago.

Multiple X 16 = 1.104 Billion

Then we do parking...

I still come up 98 million market shorts. So it just so happens there is 99 million extra PIPE in a venture I hold.
