I wouldn't hold my breath on that (Gary stepping down) My opinion of course, but what I would hope is that he would at least transition over to running the O&G side of the house.

Leaving altogether I think would be a stretch. If Gary would selflessly step aside and let a more experienced (and perhaps younger) CEO run the other parts of the company it could be a huge catalyst. Not only for the company, but for the stock. New blood might just be exactly what PCT Ltd needs to really get rolling!

That said, I like the improvements that Gary has made with the company in the last six months. And quite frankly, also with the improvements he has made to himself and his own actions.

1) He has gotten rid of the bad actors that were actively trying to undermine the company and sabotage the stock price. He also took the blame for over-promising and over-delivering. He needed to temper his enthusiasm and he has done very well with that these past six months or so.

2) He brought in a qualified and COMPETENT CFO who has done wonders with the books and has helped dig the company out of a big hole with regards to finances. Gary was trying to help out old friends who had been with him from the get-go, but finally had to come to grips with the fact that this can't be run like a mom and pop operation. Art has done a fantastic job and we are lucky to have him!

3) He has restructured the financing with Brett Rosen and secured $2.5 million dollars of additional non-toxic funding that will help propel them into the next year and beyond. It takes money to make money and this is usually the downfall of young, growing companies. Bravo for this Gary!

4) He is expanding the company's role in the Oil & Gas industry. Say what you want about Gary (and he certainly deserves his share of blame for the last year or so here) but he has tons of contacts out there and he works tirelessly to put deals together. With his new, improved team I expect to see deals that are ultimately BETTER for PCT Ltd.

5) Information has been coming from the company exponentially better the last couple months than it did EVER in the months or years before. With a proven marketing team hopefully coming onboard the possibilities for PCTL are limitless.

They have wonderful products and myriad options for revenue streams.

2022 looks unbelievably bright. If you can't see that you might want to take your blinders off!
