Sec/fed reserve. Funny how Ripple gets picked on yet eth gets a free pass. Oh, but the ex chaiam (memory could be wrong, but someone with authority), took a huge gamble on eth prior and basically gave it a free pass for currency and not being a security. No such luck with nphc tho....
