The only thing that has been holding up his plea agreement with the DOJ is quibbling about how much prison time the DOJ is going to ask the judge to sentence Bennie to. Of course DaJudge can sentence Bennie to whatever DaJudge wants and is allowable under DaLaw - he can disregard the DOJ's request pursuant to the plea agreement. butt this DaJudge is a newguy and he will likely follow the DOJ recommendation for Bennie. Now, when DaFoley-Coyote is CONvicted again at trial, DaJudge will likely look at his CONvictions and bankruptcy record and the fact that Foley-Coyote was pennyscamming while in Federal prison for two separate fraud CONvictions - and DaJudge will make an upward departure on even a very high sentencing guidelines calculation.

Foley-Coyote will almost certainly die in prison unless he makes it into his 90s (which is hard to do in Federal prison as the medical and dental care suck - and the food is unhealthy - especially the commissary junk).
