In theroy no, because all the shares you own should be locked at the price you have set for the sell. However, not many here can tell you if the brokerage co. actually follow the rules or if there are rules covering this.

I prefer to do this instead of the certs because of the fexiblity of trading the shares,and the faith that it does help. Calling for certs, if things go bad, could leave you with some very expensive wall paper.
