I’m thinking Amarex isn’t going to want to air their dirty laundry. They won’t look good to any future clients.

Cytodyn will probably get the data, refund of some or all of their payments, and possibly an award for what this has potentially cost the company.

It will get ugly for them. Better to pay it off and cover it up than have it on the 6 o’clock news for the whole nation to see potentially millions of people dead because of their negligence.

We shall see how it plays out. Any way you look at it, given the award to Cytodyn already. They are going to pay for their failures.
