How else does this company get to a Nasdaq listing as his goal is clearly outlined? There is no way in hell he is buying all those damn shares back. Sweat already advised he was intending to use a portion of the Reg A money on round 2 of funding for buying back shares. Potentially a R/S then some form of a buy back. The vision at one time around here with Ashley was to spin off HeliosDX out of RSHN with Divies and as far as I know that shit hasn't changed. The thing that has me concerned is that he advised less than 6 months ago there was no plan to R/S. Things change I guess and his accomplishments have not driven the price up so at this time i don't think he has a choice if he is actually trying to get a bigger board.

I'm riding this bitch out, He has advised and accomplished a long laundry list of things he would announce he is working on and sure as shit completed them in the following months. Now we have a 15 month plan to watch unfold. If he gets the share price where it needs to be in order to enter a bigger more legitimate board and completes his 15 month plan what will the share price be then? (hint: 94027 look it up)
