AVVH would have to file a Corporate Action Request with FINRA for a reverse merger to be approved.

Sanchez has controlled AVVH since AVVH April through Omnis acquiring the Preferred Share from Krisa who is controlled by Cooley.

Since Sanchez already controls AVVH there isn't any need for a merger since Sanchez already controls GQC.
