Hold on to your hat. Megas has called them out, and they don't want to answer those charges.

I have always contended that it would be hard to hold them legally responsible in which it is there in their on hand signed documents. Coupled with that marvelous guy Grawbowski winning in court, and showing proof they didn't, and never had the shares to cover makes it hard for them to even dispute it.

I say pay up, and don't go to court.
