So you're saying all these cases were in the 10K (which I read & was astonished at the sheer number of cases & the number of losses), but conveniently left of the PRs, is that right? If so, no surprise there as that has ALWAYS been their way... and I've been saying so, as it happened, for all these years. But I have to admit I couldn't believe the number of cases & losses & dismissals. It just goes on forever & forever, it MUST, in order to stop any final resolutions, which would end their hayride. These are part of what I'm talking about when I reference "monkey wrenches".
