Thanks for posting. Glad this finally dropped. However, I am a bit disappointed in the following statement from the 8k:

"During 2022, we intend to begin the process of listing on the NASDAQ if our financial situation is conducive to such an effort. At around the same time, we hope to expand upon the NEXT Factory as needed and we intend to begin to research cultured meats, which will hopefully lead to additional new product offerings."

They said back during the spring/summer that they planned to apply for the nasdaq. The above statement eludes they will only apply in 2022 if they need additional resources to fund factory expansion or research.

Anyone else's thought's on this...
