Yes they can. I am not saying they are but they can if they choose to. This is a pink non SEC reporting company. They can do w/e they wish to.

They have already showed enough red flags (including insider trading that I have documented here aswell) for me to not trust them with my money/be very skeptical no matter how good their resumes might look on a paper.
